A note added at the head of this manuscript indicates that the message actually sent was an abbreviated one. Proceedings of a seminar held on March 23, 1985, focusing on the treatise and ideas of the Juche philosophy authored by the leader of Korea. The seminar participants expressed unanimous support for the leadership and the peaceful reunification of Korea, reaffirming solidarity with the proposals of the Republic of Korea and wishing success and prosperity for the Korean people and world freedom.
