This 'Berlin spirit' should provides a suitable fundamental themes for AAPSO in developing its role in promoting • the cause of a non-nuclear world in the period after the INF treaty. The Berlin Meeting demonstrated decisively the will of the developing countries to play an active role in this process, and AAPSO can play a valuable role in playing in the hands of all countries the valuable experience of particular countries.
