This document contains proceedings of the International Seminar held on 23rd July 1994 in London at the St. Clement and St. James Community Centre. The seminar was called by Third World Solidarity in association with the International Commission of Inquiry on Economic Sanctions and the Institute for Independence Studies. It focused on sanctions and blockades imposed by the US on third world countries, with participation from activists, politicians, journalists, and representatives from various nationalities and organizations.
